There was a rustle in the darkness, and in a swift movement Snake had pulled his gun from beneath a pillow, and had it pressed against his aggressor's throat. There was an audible gasp, then a soft chuckle that he recognized.
As his eyes adjusted in the dim light from the city lights outside his apartment window, the stealth blinked, sighing in recognition of the slender figure above him.
"Don't scare me like that, you should know better."
"But it's interesting to see you alert like this. I guess I should have been quieter, though."
"I don't think you could've been any quieter."
"Too true." Hal Emmerich smiled, leaning over Snake carefully as he inched away from the gun, which was immediately lowered to one side. Nodding approval, he lowered his face, giving his friend a soft kiss.

I really, really like the style for this. I mean I love the idea of Snake and Otacon, I'm not sure why but what really gripped me is the style! it's hauntingly familiar and it's made me fall in love with this. Wow I'm impressed! Really XD I love the thick lines and the colouring just- *falls over*

AHHH, this is great! I was never a fan of Slash until Zarla got me thinking about the Snake/Otacon pair which I never considered before. After that I loved it, I think Snake/Meryl are cute together, but Snake/Otacon is seriously growing on me. REALLY cute, thumbs up!
