Description
A forest in middle of a desert.The giant tree gives a lot of energy to that forest, a lot of magical creatures try to cross that entire desert for live in that forest full of mystical energy, but many of them die on the way.

Hi~
First of all, i'd like to say that scenery and nature are not my strongest suit, nor can i provide the best critique about it, but i'll do my best.
I like the idea the most - even though the idea of supernaturally large trees is not new, yours make me believe it's well-integrated into something bigger, it isn't just a 2-dimensional space-filler prop. The fact that the whole thing is in a desert makes it unique and interesting. The nice design of the main character is a bonus. Good illustration tells stories, this one definitely accomplishes that!
Technically - the composition i like. I think putting your character in the front, putting the forest with the tree in the middle and putting the desert in the background is a nice and effective touch and the horizontal layout and format is spot-on. I would probably add more air perspective to the greens of the forest down below to emphasize the distance even more (separate the foreground with the character and the middle with the forest a bit more), and/or give the foreground slightly more contrast.
Regarding colors: even though air perspective is needed, desert dunes tend to have more red/yellow in them even if they are as distant as these, they would look more natural that way. Also i would experiment with giving the greens of the forest less intensity, or subtly add different kinds of greens for variety. Perhaps put more brown into the tree that the character is leaning to, to further emphasize it's closeness to the viewer.
The teal colored veins that run around are a nice thing to have, as you drawn them well to support the composition. The purples in the character and the teal lights in the tree's top also focus the eye well to the parts that you wanted the viewer to look at.
Right now that's all i can think of, i hope it was at least a little bit helpful, i tried to be constructive. You have a vivid imagination and you seem to be very spirited and eager to draw. Don't ever let people to take your enthusiasm away, and good luck with your future projects!

Hey~
If you'd like i could write a critique about this, i mean i see you requested critiques but i'm just a random person on the internet so i thought that's enough reason to ask anyway. I personally have been trying to make unrealistically big trees seem realistic on illustration, which is why i feel obliged to share my thoughts even though i'm no expert on landscapes.
