btw itu pake lensa 70-300 Sigma F.4
not a bad performance... di focal length 200-300mm ada setting macronya...
dan work well banget....
kelemahannya bentuknya aja yang gak sangar dan susah bener buat low light...
sama satu lagi ini lensa enteng bener jadi nya rada shake kalo lo gak bagus hand heldnya...
gw juga baru tau ternyata handheld itu kira2 berbanding sama panjang focal length yah...
jadinya minimum speed 1/300 buat focal length 300mm... apa lu udah tau yak

Iyah gue pernah baca soal itu cuman berhubung gue ga punya lensa tele n males experimen jadinya ga pernah bener2 tau apa yg dimaksud heheheh...
btw lo punya lensa apa aja git? punya nikon 17-35mm f2.8 ga? gue lagi mikir2 mo beli nih...

gw cuma punya 24-120 sama 70-300 itu...
ada juga 60mm macro, 80-200mm F2.8 sama 20-35 F2.8 (bapaknya 17-35 itu...) punya studio
bisa juga make 17-55 F2.8 DX punya temen... heheheh
itu aja sih... gw lagi pengen 12-24 Tokina... katanya bagus banget hasilnya malah dibandingin sama nikon sekalipun... di sini gak ada dealernya 
kalo 17-35 itu bagus banget dah pernah review juga... cuma studio blm sanggup beli...
bekasnya aja mahal bener....

its very sharp for a tele, although you must have had a lot of light to get it to 1/1000ths.

Sigma lenses are always badly talked about (especially by Nikon fan..atics), I do not agree with them, there are some very fine lenses produced by Sigma. The quality here seems very high, the sharpness is very well controlled on the resized version, only you can appreciate any aberration of softness on the original pictures. How does the lens feel?
Anyhow your black and white rendering has turned out very nicely and the picture seems nicely spontaneous, a good work,

i love the result... already compare it with 80-200 F2.8 Nikon with the same condition on focal length 200mm and its work very well... just cry for how expensive that lens heheheh...

if it's just speed it's ok, the construct sometimes might be a problem I hear (but I don't know directly)

how did you come up with this great tone? how do you convert you color pix to grayscale? did you use any filters?

and process only with photoshop...
using desaturated for bw...
playing curve to make it contrast...
minimal burning...
