Based on one of the luck-based mini-games from Mario Party 9, Pier Pressure. Looks like Waluigi is more baited than that Urchin.

But I do have to say that it and the others like it are still infinitely better than the Don't Wake Wiggler mini-game from Super Mario Party. Easily the worst mini-game in the entire series. Xp

Yeah that one is really bad if you don't have good reflexes Xp
I was really bad at it at first, but I eventually got it with enough practice. Don't Wake Wiggler, on the other hand, is completely RNG/Luck-based and will forever be bad no matter what.
