Description
So I re-did the whole "quit blaming the villain" thing, re-designed Ghetsis, and got a new style.(does it look weird or do you like it?)
...Using a touchscreen computer as well, which is new.

well, i use paint for the outlines and all that and GIMP to blur the shading~

the most i've ever used is 16. and that was a Discord vector which i lost.

It took me a bit before I figured out an affeciant way to use the path tool to get to this ubercharizard.deviantart.com/a⦠level of quality.  Maybe I should do a video tutorial ^,..,^
