I just love that pairing ♥
For me those two (Kotal Kahn and Ermac) are the perfect representation of Yin and Yang, day and night.
Am I the only one who think they fit extremely well together?

Ich bin zwar kein Fan von diesem Pairing, aber ich mag die künstlerische Art und Weise wie du die beiden dargestellt hast. Insbesondere Kotal. Weil diese Welt mehr geniale Artworks von Kotal Kahn braucht.

Die Kleine habe ich mittlerweile gut im Griff, wir schreiben
uns gegenseitig Notes. Zwar kam zu diesem Bild wieder
ein kleines Gemecker, aber bei weitem nicht so schlimm, wie
wir es sonst von ihr kennen. Die Sprachbarriere war wohl das
größte Problem, seitdem ich mit ihr in ihrer Muttersprache kommuniziere
ist sie ganz lieb.^^
Mal schauen, wann ich Lust habe, es zu colorieren

Na, da bin ich leider anders, da sie eine gewisse Gürtellinie bei mir unterschritten hat aber jedem das seine - Nur finde ich sehr gut, dass du ihr die Schranken einweist. Bin seit über 10 Jahren in dem Fandom und noch nie so eine Person erlebt

Was hat sie denn gemacht, wenn ich fragen darf?
Ich bin relativ neu in dem Fandom und nehme vieles auch
nicht so ernst, dafür ist mir mein Leben und meine Energie zu schade.
Wenn ich so manche Hardcore-Fans erlebe, wie die sich z.B. über
das neue Gamedesign und das Aussehen mancher Charakter aufregen... ne, kein Bock drauf.

Ihre Art wie sie mit anderen umgeht und meine Freunde und Watcher erst addet und danach attackiert, was ihr nicht passt ist einfach schrecklich. Das macht sie dermaßen unsympatisch bei allen...Auch wie sie redet...okay jetzt nicht was die Sprache angeht, aber was sie von sich gibt. "Er ist echt und mein Leben"...Es ruft einfach nach Hilfe. Oder wie siehst du das?
Solange sie mich und meine Freunde in Ruhe lässt mit ihren Attacken, bin ich ruhig. Ansonsten.... .-.
Ich weiß sie kann lieb sein, aber mittlerweile nach einer diversen Attacke, wo ein Künstler für eine Freundin zum Geburstag gezeichnet hat, sie ihn mit "This artwork is disgusting" kommentiert hat, ist sie einfach nur noch psycho in meinen Augen.
Das Aufregen über Designs ist noch das kleinste Problem im Fandom

I just think Ermac needs someone who can support him in his quite desperate situation and
Kotal is the right person to do so. He can give him strong leadership, but not as cruel and
damaging like Shao Kahn did. I think Kotal is a caring Emperor who has a strong bond
with his 'Krew'. It affected him personally when D'vorah berayed him.

Kotal is a character I can't relate to (I'm no leader material and my spirit is not strong like his) but he's a character I'd completely trust if he were real. His characterization in the comic is much better than in the game's story and there he is a totally caring person. I just love it when a leader show respect towards his subordinates (of any rank).
Shao Kahn = cruel fucktard who suffers from Tourette syndrome - just why the fuck must he yell every time he speaks to someone?! I don't know if you've seen any MK Conquest episodes but he's such a disturbing individual there. Needless to say, he shows no respect even towards those that are loyal to him! Kotal Kahn, OTOH, appears much more calm and he isn't so easily fazed. He wins (my heart)

I gotta say, you did a nice job on this. The anatomy is great! And yea out of Kotals allies, he is the one that is most "dark" out of them. But the character in MK that represents darkness more is of course Noob Saibot. But sadly he was not in the game

Well, I'd say that them both are a bit like sunshine and moonlight, while
Noob Saibot is more like the complete abscence of light, like... void, a black hole.
Also: Kotal Kahn and Noob Saibot have nothing to do with each other, so
it would be completely out of place to pair them up

I do kind of see that between the two since Ermac is darker, being a vessel of many souls while Kotal inherited the power of sunlight.

Shit, I even made an OC (haha I know, I'm one of those girls) that I have had for YEARS that has the abilities of darkness/shadow manipulation and I even named her after the Moon. I even though about creating a love interest for her that has the powers of the Sun and sunlight. But when Kotal came into the picture, I could not resist and you would not believe how excited I was XD so I had ship them.

I only have 1 OC for MK. I know a few people who have, like, 8 just for that 1 fandom...how can they do that? I can agree with supporting characters that help with their OC's bio but overall OC's for that fandom. Like, I have had my MK oc since Armageddon back in 2008 and still working on her lol.
Haha Ermac is awesome! and I do like the relationship he and Kotal have together ^_^ he chose Kotal's side over Mileena's because he truly believed that Kotal is Outworld's TRUE leader (and its first decent one). Plus you gotta admit, Kotal and Reptile have a much closer relationship than anyone and I do see a lot of fan art between them ^_^.

loves him and cares for him, also I want him to have someone who
shows him that touch doesn't always mean pain

Awww that would be awesome! <3 Ermac needs love to! but I must warn you, as much as I would love to see some artwork of your OC shipped with Ermac (if you do decide to do artwork of that nature) there is a deviant here that has been harassing people who draw images of Ermac being shipped with their own OC. I have a good friend here (I'm sure you heard of her) who ships Ermac with her OC named Araceli. This other girl ships her own OC with Ermac and my friend has been harassed by this other girl ever since. The other girl even sends hate comments to other artists who have drawn Araceli with Ermac. So I don't want that to ever happen to you because I feel like anyone can ship whoever they want with their OC. But apparently, this girl thinks otherwise and I guess she really takes her shipping VERY seriously. Just to give you a heads up.

to make an artwork featuring Ermac together with a girl (or a guy 
But I don't care, if she's going too far I'm gonna report her. Also every person who's bothered by
her comments has the option to just block her.
She says Ermac is real and she's married to him. I mean... she's allowed to think what she wants
but her behaviour towards other users here is a no - go.
Also a big problem is the language barrier, she doesn't understand english very well. But since
I talk to her in her native language we manage to talk to each other like normal people

Ok cool. Plus what also bothers me is that Araceli, she is a young woman right? around 18-19 years old. I have spoken to Araceli and she told me that she was good friends with this chick. From the immaturity level I thought this chick was young, maybe 14 or so because that's what I expect at that age (unfortunately). Nope, Araceli told me this chick is in her late 20's almost 30. To me, what does a grown ass woman have the right to really pick on a young woman like that? or anybody for the matter. And Araceli has been nothing but nice and patient with her. I mean I also should not care because its none of my business, its hers and I feel a little uncomfortable mentioning this because, again, its Araceli's business. But naturally I am a peace maker and when it comes to nice people and they are being pushed around or getting stepped on, it bothers me. I have even gotten into some trouble in the past with my friends for getting involved in their drama, trying to make things stop and that did not turn out so good in the end for me lol. Plus also, Araceli is a friend of mine on here much like a lot of other people's friend as well. So that raises the bar a bit
higher for me.
I haven't reported her yet. Like you I am waiting until she gets a bit too far, which I hope she doesn't. Right; she is allowed to think what she wants but to me, its really gotten out of control. Its really become a crazed obsession. Now, personally I like Kotal Kahn which is why I commented here on your artwork of him and Ermac but I am not THAT obsessed with him like she is with Ermac. I hate saying it but its really cringe worthy and I personally think that she is a pretty decent artist. She defiantly has some skills in Photoshop that I would love to have, adding herself with Ermac and all that. But its too cringey that I cant really enjoy her artwork as a MK fan as much as I would like to.
Lol I have also noticed that with her as well. To me if you are going to fight with other people here who speak fluent English, can you at least try a bit harder in learning the language? so there is at least an attempt that you can actually win the argument. I know that Araceli's native tongue is Spanish but she at least really tries to speak English as best as possible. And its hard for her because the other chicks language is Russian and I don't think Araceli knows any Russian (could be wrong) so she has to resort to English, which again is a second language to her.
