Wanted to try to complete one more under the wire to get to 10 entries as a self-goal! Saw Timmy a while back and loved how puffy and cotton-y he looked and I love working in lineless style, so I wanted to try my hand at the adorable little guy. A very fun character to wrap up the year with. :>
