My cosplay at desucon fantasy!several of my friends were going as zombies, so i decided to join in on the fun and be a (un)dead Swedish soldier from the early 1700s. I just really like historical military uniforms.
One of my friends helped me with the shot wound in my head, which turned out pretty cool in my opinion. We managed to unintentionally scare several children when riding the metro in order to get there.
I'm considering cosplaying APH Sweden in this outfit sometime, but i'll have to get a wig for that to work out, or nobody would recognise me.

Oh, that's so great! Where did you get patterns? Or did you just saw some originals? Karolus XII uniform so great, there's a picture of him quite a great details.
If I can suggest, I would have use yellow socks, they were more common at the time.

I didn't have the patterns at the time, so it's not a very accurate uniform I'm afraid. Since then i have found some better references though, including the patterns to Karl XII's uniform: sildesalaten.tumblr.com/post/1…
