Weapon: The wonderful, spectacular Boom-Moon boomerang!
…Which only stuns its objective for a really brief time. It even has a little handicap, as once the effect wears off, it usually redirects the attention of the victim to the carrier, leaving him the option to defend others through provocation (and meat-shielding). All in all, this renders the weapon useless if alone.

Personality:

An excitable birdbrain who is very serious about having fun at any cost! Boisterous and in a constant effort to best himself, Ivan falls into an ever cheerful and exaggeratedly energetic demeanor to guarantee no one is getting bored. And sadly, he barely distinguishes peace from boredom, so his mere presence entails a din. And party suggestions. Lots and lots of loud ‘party time’ yells.

He is selfish to a considerable extent, but part of it seems to be an act; at least, even when claiming to be the star, he tries to include everyone and make them shine too… or maybe he is self-aware enough to suspect attention in someone as shallow as himself would fade away soon.

Biography:

Being the younger brother of an average family, who attended an ordinary high school, in a plain town of the United States… what a boring existence! Or so Ivan thought since he was a child. The young boy failed to appreciate what surrounded him, to recognize the daily events as unique and important, even in the strangest of cases. Instead of having exciting adventures, like television and videogames showed, he had to be trapped there indefinitely, if not forever, having in consideration he really wasn’t so good at anything either.

With such warped expectations from reality, he tried to make himself more remarkable, more special, just more; and even if that worked wonders to put people off, he also started contracting debts that, fortunately, led him to work part-time at a pet shop at some point, after other failure jobs. So life became somewhat more tolerable for him, causing trouble for everyone at morning, dealing with all sort of fun animals later, and wasting the rest of time and money in extravagant stuff, when the strangest thing of all arrived.

A letter with a potion.

It seems his love for fun had grown quite enough to be worthy of noting. Or maybe it was something more? What remains certain is that in such conditions, he wouldn’t have been able to share it with anyone. No matter the case, Ivan is a complete fool, and while unknowing everything about this business, it didn’t took him more than five minutes to decide to drink it in one sip. He packed his most important stuff, and leaving just a silly, whimsical note behind for his family, he prepared himself for adventure.

Adventure soon revealed its true nature, of course. His transformation was kind of an unpleasant experience, feeling like screaming of pure joy one second and screaming of pain and self pity the next; nevertheless, he never stopped whispering ‘How exciting’ to himself, and yet to this day, he refuses to believe adventures aren’t as fun as fiction makes them to be.

PERSONALITY WISE: ENTHUSIASTIC, witty, caring, perseverant, observant and a good listener when he wants to be. Fixedly set on correcting his own mistakes.

Forget about never running out of energy, he's grown up... to be a slacker; but this is the strengths section and if there's really anything good about Ivan, that would be his eagerness, a determined will to push ahead, progress, applicable to people in his desire to make them have fun, great experiences with him around. Even if he falters, this is in his core and reverts to it in one way or another (it can backfire when he imposes that idea of progress to others, bUT AGAIN, the strengths section!!).

He is actually good at seeing strengths in others! Being such a blockhead, Ivan overlooks completely others’ faults, or even manages to find the positive part of it.

Other than that, he seemingly never runs out of energy… With that weapon of his, running away might prove relevant.

Weaknesses:

IMPULSIVE, dishonest, envious, resentful, extremely self-conscious and anxious. Can get aggressive.

I made the list to be as long as the one above. Do not be deceived. He really is deceitful, too! And sometimes, intentionally. I could add more but let's explain instead. He's very, very scared of emotional closeness with others, because of the possibility of abandon and what not, so he's very guarded and actually nervous at most social situations... and he's easy to anger, too. He gets in even more embarrassing situations when he tries to avoid them, even. At the end, he ends up envying others' seemingly healthy attitudes, and holds grudges against the ones involved in his disastrous events for one reason or another.

Plenty! He’s impulsive, immature, impatient and he’s actually never satisfied. He’s delusional. He hasn’t the best empathy there is and he can offend people without noticing, even when he finds socializing here enjoyable and he tries his best.

Physical description:
Rather short (~5'4", 164 cm - ~ 62kg, 138 lb) – not enough to be mistaken for a kid, but preserves many young-boyish features. He isn’t too slender either. This common appearance is usually covered by his extravagant tendencies, as his hair, which he dyes often thanks to chalks. He wears lenses, and on occasion, glasses.

Voice:  ANNOYING… Some examples come to my mind, but I let it to your imagination too ;;;.

Okay, so before anything, we could say poor Isolda behaves better than Ivan. She’s a dwarf crocodile of about 4 feet (~1.20 m). Ivan insists on her similarity with a big turtle, and it’s one of the few things he’s spot on: Isolda is extremely calm, a trait accentuated in Venus academy. The boy absolutely adores and even overprotects her… it is the only living being that makes him stop for a while and act like a normal person, ironically.

So that's that! I hope he isn't too over-the-top hhhhhhh~~-- Or all over the place... Lately I feel shy, but I wanted to ask anyway about the weapon, and of course, about thE PET (it's jUST..... I design all my characters to the purpose of mainly comic relief.... hahahaha....) Aaand I'm kind of redundant, but I spotted three or so mistakes just while posting, so tell me if you find anything else!
