Description Long due art trade with :3 I hope you can forgive me for being so slow.... I am very sorry.
Quaderi is fairy of the furious ocean [link] I was really taken with the discription of her losing control of her powers and flooding the classroom with her hair....I don't think this is that occasion, she looks like she is doing it for fun here. Maybe she turned it into a proper spell once she had been studying at Alfea for a while?

the blue is a really cool shade
love the shading
The water shading reminds me of how the ruffle things on the Winx Harmonix are shaded

The way her hair transforms into water is very nice! I'm not exactly sure what it is but the water has a real sense of movement.
