Scarlett has grown so much in the past years, becoming more and more of her own person and gaining a bigger place in my heart!
One of the major changes I’ve decided to do was remove her mutant form. I have more fun drawing her human side more and I think it would be better story wise, as I want to write fanfiction in the future! Let me know what you think.

Scarlett Rosetta Rossini was born in Rome, Italy, where she lived with her family in poverty. She and her older brother, Antonio, had resorted to thieving to survive on the streets. Over time, they were both known for their skills, and Antonio was approached by the Achille Mafia and offered a position to work for them, which he accepted. Due to his involvement in the Mafia, Scarlett has left alone, which leaves her with growing resentment towards her brother and the Mafia. She tried robbing the Mafia Boss, but she was captured, beaten, and whipped as punishment due to her inexperience. Before she is killed, her older brother helps her escape before being captured himself. That was the last that Scarlett had heard or seen her brother.
As she traveled through Europe, she excelled in thieving skills and mathematics. As she grew, her presence became well-known in Europe and the United States. Everyone knew her as the Queen of Thieves.

In New York, Scarlett’s title showing up in every newspaper and news show which grabbed the attention of the teenage mutant ninja turtles. They noticed that the Foot and the Purple Dragons weren’t having issues with the Queen of Thieves and began forming a plan to stop the thief and find out if the two are link.
Their discoveries led them to the junkyard, where they found her symbol on one of the metal barrels and instantly became furious. However, the Professor corrected their actumations and explained that she would drop off blankets and food to them while they slept. The turtles asked around regarding the Queen of Thieves but gain many different responses about her appearances as well as her voice.

Meanwhile, Scarlett is caught by the Foot’s foot-tech ninjas and brought to Oroku Saki, who offers her a money in exchanged for her services as a thief, which she accepts. She was tasked to steal an old military weapon in a military base located in Manhattan with Hun and a team of ninjas. When the group arrived, they were caught by the Turtles and during the fight, Scarlett and Hun found out the weapon has been moved. However, Scarlett found plans of a the same weapon but with improvements and took them. Leonardo sees Scarlett trying to escape and remembering the story from the Professor, begins to tell her who the Shredder really is and that if she had any good in her, she won’t continue working with him. However, Scarlett ignores him and escapes along with Hun and his foot ninjas.
Scarlett and Hun avoid punishment as she presents the plans and suggests that she can build it for him. Baxter Stockman rejects and after being shut down by Shredder, Oroku Saki states that Stockman will build it but Scarlett will assist.
After learning about the Foot’s plans, Stockman’s previous punishments, and how the foot clan ran the city, Scarlett sabotaged the project and through the Professor and his friends, she managed to relay the plans to the turtles. Turtles came to the recuse and defeated the foot with the help of Scarlett. A few days later, Leonardo runs into Scarlett while out paroling by himself and formed a unlikely alliance with each other.
