Description It's hard enough to fight against that stupid reputation/clichΓ© that Amy Rose got (such as 'crazy-stalker-obssessed fangirl' which she's NOT), so when I heard her new voice...

I didn't know if I wanted to scream from sheer horror or just cry my eyes out till they bleed. That's how disgusted I am.

Amy really didn't deserve that 'Minnie Mouse' voice. That clearly won't help her to gain more consideration from the Sonic fandom. I feel so sorry for her.

Then again, I'll support Amy Rose till the end!

I heard there were new voices for the actors, and I was kind of excited to see what they were. When I heard Amy's new voice -

I REALLY hated it. It did not match her at all. If the characters are getting older, why does Amy sound like Minnie Mouse? And this is a character who SMASHES things with a giant HAMMER.

Personally, I think the voice actor for Puzzlette from Prof. Layton could do a better job, even if it is a little girly, it's still cute :[link] ( The girl with the weird hair )

I KNOW RIGHT!! Amy's new voice is HORRIBLE-but I will always love her, including all of the sonic characters... Vector's voice was--nah...a little weird-Cream's-ok 'cause she's getting a little older i guess...but still-TAIL'S-my gosh SEGA-it's from a GIRL for pete's sake-plus silver's was odd, blaze's was not her...sorta...SONIC'S-sounded like he was trying to be hip with kids-knuckles-well-i dunno...his...bleh...Wave's, was fine-but i like the old one better...Shadow's-UGH UGH UGH-yucky...Rouge's-half bad...VERY half bad...liked her old one BETTER...jet's-...sounded like some weird kid, storm's-couldn't rly tell difference...BUT EGGMAN THANK GOODNESS STAYED THE SAME! But that's all... I wanna start a riot against Sega's new voice actors...

I agree. But now I'm starting to understand it a alittle: They're growing older, right? So, it's normal...But Rouge, Vector and Blaze-should've had the same voices...Blaze-maybe a little deeper...Plus Amy should have more of a "mature" voice. The minnie mouse one sounds like when she was in Sonic CD or something...Sonic, well I think they could've done a little better-but I guess it's fine now...

Thank you Sega for ruining the voice of Amy, the only Sonic character that kept me from boycotting the series. They never learn from their mistakes. The 4Kids voice was better.

SEGA has officially lost it. They have no clue what they're doing anymore. If nothing else, Lisa Ortiz must return or..... why not start a boycott until they change the voices back? Some I'm fine with: Blaze, Silver, Big (sort of), Rouge, Espio, Omega (sort of), and Vector. Everyone else: get the others back.

I think Sega staff is still confused about what the Sonic fandom wants: there are so many different opinions... I can only think that what happens here may be part of this confusion. But who knows?

When The Simpsons ends (which, at the current rate Al Jean is butchering things with guest stars and Homer overuse, should be after next season, not this current one, but the next one) Smith will be out of a job. 4-19 lines per episode, 20-25 episodes a year is all she gets paid for. I completely agree with you on fighting against the various reputations that Sonic X has tainted Amy, Tails, Cream, and especially Knuckles with. It's really hard to whip up some respect for those characters when Sega keeps encouraging everyone to do the opposite.

Down with the canon-sues: Sonic, Shadow and Blaze.
Fight for the under-appreciated: Knuckles and Amy.
