Because it's a title page for a NaruHina fanfiction, so Naruto and Hinata have to be the main characters. Also Naruto needed a rival, which is obviously Sasuke. As for the Eevees... I don't know?

Fairy-type refers to the body-type of certain Pokemon, such as Pikachu being a mouse-type. I was referring to elemental-types.
