Yes, this is a resubmit. Sort of.
I fixed bits of it that people had pointed out, and a few that were bugging me for whatever reason. First and foremost is that buggy eye, fixed up the face a little in general, and I smoothed out the ear a little bit, along with some other minor tweeks here and there, mostly colors.
That's all.

Beautiful... I especially love the dragon and the hair of the guy. The only thing that bothers me is his ear. It doesn't seem as detailed as the rest :/

the eye really brings it together, but the skin should be crispened like in the ear the finger and the bottom part of the nose specifically.

This is such a wonderful piece! I really like the cold colours, variety of textures and the composition. The lips and eye look great , and that little dragon - I wish one as such would sit on my hand too.
Now, since you have advanced critique encouraged - the finger *closest to the viewer* seems a bit flat in the area where the dragon has it's paws on. (but that's a nitpicky detail, because it doesn't take away from the image as a whole )

You know my opinion on this .. well, actually I guess you don't, since I never commented on this, so I will now.
Basically, it's adorable, the detail you have put just into that little dragon (which isn't that little after all, seeing the larger version) is marvelous, and something wanting me to put more detail into my drawings - it's yours and another person's prints which made me realize big drawings without detail are just .. plain, at times. The proportions are well done, at first I thought the nose was too big, but it isn't after all, seeing the nose takes up good two thirds of ones face. One minor nitpick I would have, are the elf's fingers looking a bit flat, from the shading, especially the foremost one, it doesn't really mix with the really soft and elaborate shading and details the rest of the picture has, but that might be just me. The clothes she's wearing look fluffy and soft - I can just imagine how they'd feel - and the pattern on the fabric are a nifty detail. I adore the dragons pose, it's a mixture about being majestic, proud and brave, yet loyal and .. well .. just cute to look at. The skin is incredibly detailed, the wings look more bony, and one can just feel the mystery and wildness coming from it - awesome drawing, especially restricting yourself to a palette of cold bright blue tones, makes it a great prints too - bravo

I love the hair, and I love the fuzz on the jacket. Infact, the only things I don't absolutley love about this picture are the nose, and the fact that the dragon's tail is thicker than it's head.

To be honest, I don't really remember how long this one took me, because I stepped away and went back to it so many times, it all started to blur together, lol. I would guess around 30 hours total.
