Reaching out, he ran his fingers through the wolf's corse fur. The wolf shuddered slightly reveling in his master's touch.
"By amplifying the spell in your collar, we'll broadcast it's magic through your telepathic link". Looking at the collar that fit snugly around his wolf's neck, he fingered the letters "SLAVE" and took a moment to reflect on the inscription he knew was on the back, the latin words "By magister meus iussu", "By my Master's command". His wolf stayed still, eyes dead ahead, waiting. If Jacob had been human, he probably would have been standing at attention, like a navy seal.
