So here is a digital art drawing I made for a new character I'm working on these days. It actually took me quite a while to come up with this design and I'm still changing some little things, just to make it a liiiittle bit better. Also I sucked at drawing his hands so they are just...not there...yeah...sorry about that :L Anyway, lemme know what could make this design better~

Most of his design was inspired from Kokichi Oma from New Danganronpa V3 Killing Harmony

Also yes the "Ultimate Puppeteer" thing is because I kinda was going for a fanmade Danganronpa character but just ignore that ><
