Hikari is a rather mysterious subject, as not much is known publicly about her. She turned up at the Semanan Rogues hideout, which turned out to be an apartment complex, after the old landlord vanished. She claims to be of relation, but this is unlikely, due to her ethnicity differing from the original landlord's. Hikari almost always appears deadpan serious, and prefers not to socialize with the occupants of the complex. It's clear she doesn't want to be here.

Rumors began to swirl when she took a certain cat from an occupant for violating a "no pets" rule, only to return an anthropomorphic cat woman... Not to mention the appearance of a fox woman in military gear.

Not a new character, just one I haven't drawn in a long time.
