Some days, that sun can be so damn cranky and has to be started up the hard way.Quick drawing caused by over thinking what the thing around Celestia's (and Luna's) neck technically is. I'm guessing its a metaphor for the burden they pull.

Really!? Enlighten me, Why would it be so Glorious for everyone to see Celestia stuggling to pull the sun up cause it's probably october where the days are shorter and the nights are longer.

Glorious in how much it would shatter all of their perceptions of her and her powers. I think seeing an alicorn, a very powerful magical pony, having to pull something like an earth pony would be strange to them.
Also, why would the season matter? It takes the same amount of time for the sun to come up past the horizon every day of the year, even if it doesn't stay up as long. (Also, not entirely certain were you got October from, but whatever)

Well I heard in October the nights last longer. And that is true! What would also freak everypony out is that in the Everfree forest the sun and also moves by themselves.
Probably gives Celestia and Luna a break.
