Very quickly Raelynn began to realize that while there was no demon haunting the cottage, she was still very much not alone. That's when a great weight fell upon her shoulders, causing her to drop her dagger, which was then kicked away by a shadowy figure that dropped from the ceiling. Raelynn opened her mouth to exclaim, only to have her speech unexpectedly muffled by a thick fabric pulled tightly over her lips and tied very tightly at the back of her head. Suddenly two other figures descended from above, coiling a rough strand of braided fibers around her body and around her hands, which were being forced behind her back.
