The shading ain't bad at all! It's actually great, this is your first time shading something with this much perspective right? I cannot say I didn't feel excited when I clicked on the thumbnail, hehe, and what I saw didn't disappoint me one bit! Awesome work there! I love how you did the eyes!
I think if there's one weak point here, it'd be Kuroko's mouth expression. It's not incredibly weak though, I mean, the more I look at it the more it grows on me, but I'm sure you can improve on that more!
