Jessie is Athena's sister. He's very hyper, but is sometimes shy. He is a pure mermaid much to his parent's surprise, and has white spots over his scales and skin. He was also born with black eyes but luckily grew out out it. Jessie is willing to help his sister out in times where she feels down, but sometimes it begins to affect his health too.
