Love her color schemes, as well as her dress! Has a nice visual kei goth fairy feel, very nice Harajuku vibes here!

I'm not sure who's Venus Ando. This girl with pink hair? This one seem to be rebellious young teen, who needs attention and to seek who she really is. (Makes me wonder when my daughter dyies her hair pink)

Venus companions look to be in good terms with each other. Could they be siblings? I can't tell.

Okej one question. Venus is the girl with the blond hair and the pink hair ? 
So if this is true. Her appearance does change by her mood. So apparently if she is in a good mood she is the cute blond girl. 
And if she get in a more bad/devious mood she turns in he girl with the pink hair and different clothes. Perhaps she shifts between the two quite often. 
And her blond mood is more the cuty and sweet version of her while the pink version is more the devious version of her who appears to have more on her sleeve and is able to 
do a lot of evil things. 
I think that she is aware of the fact that she is having two different personality's. Other wise the blond version of Venus would not mention to the other girl like 'I'm just gonna to tell you'
I wonder if this more evil version of her does bother her cute version or not. But I do have the feeling that she even doesn't mind that this is happening to her all the time. 

I am wondering how this character will turn out during the rounds.

Oh wow she's so cute!! I love her hair I love her outfit such a cute design!! She looks like a sassy but fun to be around young girl!! Or vampire from the fangs?

Venus seems to be a character who likes to joke around. Pointed ears and fangs... are they not human...? A vampire of sorts? The tag says dhampir so I'll guess that's what they are.
Are they Venus' friends? Acquaintances? I almost want to guess they are in an orphanage but the last picture kind of dissolves that image. Venus seems to be a motherly character as well, and caring, but has a hidden side to her she reveals jokingly at times. Also seems to be into gothic-lolita fashion.

Wow she has such an interesting look to her, but she also looks a little mischievous and apparently has moon swing which makes her very distant from the rest of the people.

I'm going to guess that Venus Ando is the pink haired girl in the bottom panel and the blonde in the above 2 panels. She has a very unique sense of fashion and I'm getting a bit of a yandere sweet but psycho feel to her. I wonder if she's a vampire because she has pointy teeth.
