Thanks to a fairly recent thing Funimation posted about, I was reminded that it's been a while since I last went through Hellsing(/Hellsing Ultimate). So, since going through that again I figured I would draw this murder-happy creep. This started as an ink illustration on paper that I finished at 3am one day, and then colored in with photoshop.
