I woke up and crawled out of bed. It was Monday, the day my new life begins. My new assistant told me that I should wear something eccentric on the first day because well, I’m the new ceo of a fashion company. I picked out a good looking outfit that fit the criteria. I chose a pink mini dress that has a slit at the cleavage and shows off my curves. I chose a very unique leather jacket that hung off of my shoulders. I put on a necklace and some rings. I stylized my hair to a middle part that hits my shoulders. I did my makeup fairly plainly. And lastly picked out the same high heels I wore on my lunch date. 6 inch high heels with a 2 inch platform. As I walked out of my room my mother stood there waiting for me. She had a look on her face that wasn’t her normal optimistic self, she seemed serious.
“Emmett, I know this is a lot for you.” She says “and I know you’ve been very against this entire situation. I’m your mother, I know what you like and dislike. Your acting doesn’t fool me” she says “but I need you to know that I’m sorry you were put in this situation, but you are in it now. You are stuck like this so make the most of it, embrace it, have fun with it, enjoy it.” She says to me. She leans in for a hug.

I hugged back, “thank you” is all I say as I walk out. I decided to take what my mother said to me and actually take it in. On my way I tried my best to have fun with it, saying hi to people and complimenting others. I started to actually enjoy it a little. I think this might work out.
