Well balanced, you have the right touches! I like how you created her hair (membrane! clever.), and the box of oxygen is a nice feature! Very creative.
However, her body looks to have gotten thinner and unproportionate at the waist, and her arms are a little disfigured for the possition. Other than that, I think it's very beautiful. ^^
