I think I have to agree with you on this one. She was just using is as a refrence picture for a pose. It's not like she sat there and copied out every single detail. x.x I have to say that the journal entry is pretty low, and the use of some of those words just proves the lack of intelligence or imagination the woman has. If she can't find a better word t use then something like that.
I love this picture, she/he looks kind of sad though. o.o It works with the blues. You're pro at pulling the emotions in a picture out with the colours.

Calling someone out like that is just... I'm sure she could have settled this way more subtly. I mean, sure the gal traced, but really I don't think something lke that should be done, calling someone out, unless there's really no other choice. I mean, couldn't she just report the image to staff?
I can understand she's peeved and may not be using the best rationality, but still...

i like this picture. the expression, also.
about the other things, im trying to read through the comments but it really makes no sense. why shes freaking out and saying that she didn't ask anyone to go bother the person. tracing isn't right, however, there are tactful ways of mentioning it, or not mentioning it at all and just handling it yourself. Shes looking for problems and trying to stir up a mess and thats clear as day. its really irritating and immature on her part. its very unfortunate.

Ugh. I agree with you--especially since they used inappropriate and derogatory terms I won't repeat, which are used only when intellect is being defensive. I'd like to see that DA user get their start without copying poses.
By the way; this is something that has always bugged me...what the hell IS a mudkip? People immediately assume I am literate in the sense of -chanspeak because I draw digitally/use DA. .__.

im not sure what chanspeak is (4chan and all that?) but mudkip is one of the newer pokemon. don't know how the phrase started though.

Wow, that's weird. I checked it out. Technically, she could have just copied it--that's not really tracing. But whatever.
Cool picture, very nice colors. Eyes kind of freak me out, along with the tattoo/line of blue going along her face. Her hair is very pretty shiny and smooth though.
Except that could be a guy. Hmm. Looks like could be one of your guys, but the eyelashes and really red lips are throwing me off. Are those gills on this neck? That would be sick.
I just realized the contrast between the sharpness of the eyelashes from the smoothness of the rest of the coloring. Did you just do this on a program or at a site?
