Zel with Baby Jasper the two have been together almost there whole life's (Zel had only one year of memory's before jasper) the two were raised as siblings in a region that typically hated Pokemon as a baby jasper's parents had busy jobs leaving Zel as her care taker when Jasper was three her parents were killed leaving Zel as her only care taker but this loving big brother would do anything for his sister the two fled from there home region to sinnoh Jasper managed to get a trainer licence very young journeying the world side by side with Zel although they still call each other brother and Sister there dynamic is more that of a father and daughter
