I didn't draw this, but what do you mean 'The sort to like this?' That is how Midna is presented to us in the game, thus that is how she should be depicted. (well the black area is a bit off)

ah. Personally I can't stand it when games make women scantily clad, but the Twili aren't technically naked because of how their skin is so I accept it as a cultural thing.

Well, whether or not they get dressed a lot I don't really know. It's just not something the developers thought much into, I guess... maybe they're to be seen even lower than the Bokoblins and Moblins, who actually WEAR rags and things.

It's no different than the Thundercats animal skin or Super Hero's Spandex. You don't actually see nipples or a belly button thus she's not naked.
