I got this base from Dream Vision Creations but you can make it yourself here are a few videos you can use.

After you scult it with claw you have to make a mold of it with silicon.

Than you use plaster strips with watered down glue (like paper mache) and cover the silicon mold.
That will be the mother mold. You attach the mother mold to the silicon mold with elastic bands, than "slush cast" it
