Description
Random.I needed some stress-relief, so I challenged myself to make a SM vector in less than an hour. This is what came out.
The exaggerated proportions are intentional.

I don't think the proportions are exaggereted at all. It fact the had-to-body ratio makes it look exactly as how Naoko would draw them. She always liked them long legs ^^ I really like it, simple yet elegant. And indeed, Sailor Moon looks bad-ass here

Due to the fact that I had to resize the piece, it no longer actually looks like a vector, thought.
Some artists misuse vectoring to trace, but that is of course not the proper way to work.
It looks like she is holding something in her left hand, but actually it is just her stylized skirt wrapping around it in a funky way (which I didn't notice until you mentioned it), creating an illusion of there being something more.
