Even though I am a single, I wish you all happy Valentine's Day. Sam and Ariel (two characters of mine who are only a few months old and haven't shown up in my art yet) wish you a happy Valentine's Day too.

I have to admit I had trouble drawing her body, but she's supposed to be sexy by *my* standards (which means big boobs and a some muscle definition), but not big. Maybe the pose trouble is why she looks bigger to you.
And it may just be that you like bigger girls anyway. |P

Agh. Do you know how long I agonized over drawing her butt and thighs? DX I couldn't find a decent reference picture, so I kept drawing them over and over. They finallly turned out all right, but man--it was a pain to get there. @_@;

Yep. This pic is out of character, I'll admit (that's why there's an alternate title). Sam would LOVE for Ari to make a move on him like that--and he'd love for her to nibble something other than his tail. :'D There are reasons why Sam is kind of bad at seducing Ariel, including the fact that he fell in love with her and wasn't supposed to.

I have to admit that this is pretty out of character, at least for the girl (Ariel). :'D This is wishful thinking on Sam's part: he tries to seduce Ari all the time (not at all successfully, since she pretends to be clueless), but he would probably be startled if she started coming on to him. That's why the alternate title is "in Sam's dreams," because Ari is turned off by Sam's scales and tail (he can disguise himself as a human, which she prefers).

I started drawing a pic of Sam and Ariel as kids...at a tea party Ari's holding for Sam and her stuffed toys. That was the first picture I drew of them (way back in autumn), and I never finished it. I need to complete it because it's just so silly. (Because Sam looks pretty disgruntled at having to sit through a little girl's tea party...but he's holding out his teacup for a refill anyway.)
