Commission for my brother-in-law of his Pathfinder character, a half-elf barbarian named Tokka. He actually gave me a very detailed list of her inventory and character stats, and went so far as to explain what each stat means. :'D I thanked him, but told him I wasn't sure I could use that in my final piece. He did say she wears studded leather armor, and said he likes the look of the armor in Skyrim, so I took a little inspiration from that when designing her outfit.

I really like the sword design. Even though I'm not one for bright colors on weapons, you definitely made up for it by making it look solid and sturdy; something that is sadly not seen much in fantasy swords lately.
Anyway though, the rest of it looks great too. The armor is interesting and practical, the diversity in colors keeps it fresh, and the anatomy seems to be rather spot on too. I've always had trouble drawing legs whilst running, but I feel I can look to this and get a good idea on how to do it.

Thanks. I have a hard time drawing swords and armor that are *too* fantastical. I tend to make them look at least semi-realistic, which also kind of comes across as boring. I gave the sword bright colors to contrast with the (mostly) earth-tone color scheme of the character.

Heh heh. Thanks. No, he didn't. He should be able to print out the PDF I sent him. It's CMYK and 300 DPI, so hopefully it'll look fine. Let me know if he does.
