About time I put some info about my little OC's...not that anyone even cares...but OH WELL I'M DOING IT ANYWAY~

Name: Sky Writer (Sky, Skeeter, Fluffy)
Age: 15 but looks much older
Gender: Male
As tall as: Fluttershy
Weight: Average
Items: White bottomless saddle bag and the Unicorn Talisman
Hometown: Ponyville just outside from the Everfree Forest
Now Living: N/A (travels)

Family-
Father: Powder Ball (Pegasus)
Mother: Heaven's Rose (Earth/Deceased)
Siblings: None
Other: Mr. and Mrs. Cake (Aunt and Uncle) Pinkie Pie "cousin" Lord Squall (employer)
Friends: Applejack, Fluttershy, HeartBurst (mare friend)

Personality: He's calm and kind to all he meets. Very optimistic despite his background and is loyal to his friends and sweeheart.
Good points: Loves Sea Salt Caramel, dedication to his work, great with kids
Bad points: Very shy around girls, hates bugs and being called fluffy and has a short temper

History-
Before CM:
Born on the ground he was raised by his mother while his father works in the snow department in Cloudsdale. Sadly his happy childhood is cut shot when his mother dies due to Puppet Blossom poison. Since his father can not look after him up in Cloudsdale and he can't be reassigned to another job closer to the ground. Powder Ball asks his aunt's second cousin twice removed a.k.a Cupcake to care for his son till he is old enough to do so himself. Sky's time at Sugarcube corner was content but the loss of his mother left him a shell of the colt he once was.

That is until a very cheerful pink mare chases him around town to cheer him up. Eventually he warms up to her and invites Pinkie Pie to stay with the Cakes.

Getting CM:
One day at school during they're lesson on Pegasus's and they're weather system Sky asks why the clouds are always the same shape. The teacher explains that the simple shape make it easier for the weather teams to work with, but Writer brings up that maybe some of the clouds could have different shapes for maybe special occasions like hearts for Hearts and Hooves days or Stars and Moons for the Summer Sun Celebration. The filly's laughed at this idea and the teacher went back to the lesson.

Pinkie who somehow overhead his idea got a cloud from Rainbow Dash for him to practice his idea. On one condition he had the same the cloud into something Rainbow would like. It took some time and lots of practice with the Unicorn Talisman his mother left him but eventually his first cloud shape was Rainbow Dash's cutie mark. The blue mare was so stoked that she took it around town to show everyone. This ended with mix results while most pony loved the idea and made various requests like writing messages in the sky for ponies to see. The Pegasus and earth ponies though it would be a waste of of time and valuable weather resources.

The issue was brought to the mayor and the council and it was decided that shaped clouds would only be used for special events and the sky writing would be a means to write only important or special messages. Thus Sky Writer became head of the Creative Cloud Team and earned his cutie mark

After CM:
Since being a 'messenger' pony isn't a nine to five swing he spends most of his time at home cleaning and gardening. Also he like to help his friends with their work especially his favorite 'cousin' with her party planning. That is until he receives a package in the mail. Inside he finds a bottomless saddle with his cutie mark embroider on it and a letter that says:

'This will help you on your journey and please watch out for Zebie's Lord's Squall's temper. Please watch over my little HeartBurst. MG'

Just before he was about to write this down as a joke he is visited by the said Lord Squall; the Last of the Storm Dancers. He hires Sky to keep tabs on his daughter HeartBurst as she embarks on her journey to become the next Storm Dancer. Remembering the letter he agrees to the terms and follows her from one hurricane job to the next. Slowly developing a burning desire to be by her side despite not having wings to fly.

Gifts/Powers:
The Unicorn Talisman is a much more down to earth than the Alicorn Amulet. It's intended for non magic users to help them with everyday tasks that they can't do normally like if they're pregnant or disabled. It can only do average magic like telekinesis and teleportation but can only do about ten spells. After ten spells the magic dies and need a full day of sunlight to recharge it's power.
