This idea popped into my head and I just *had* to draw it down. I tried really hard not to draw them in the Bruce Timm style but in my own so hopefully that worked out well.
Also I did this in mechanical pencil, not sure if its made a better job than a HB pencil but I'm really proud of it none the less.
Anyway, hope you guys like it.
This is Shayera Hol (Hawkgirl) and her Son Rex Stewart (Warhawk) from Justice League of course

You know, you did a great job at drawing the correct expressions for this particular moment!
Though I do wish Rex had a bit more "movement" in this picture (placing his hand on his mother's shoulder or something like that.) But still, he looks great!
Shayera's hands are well made too! I really like how you did the parting fingers!
All around, you can really see how you're improving with each picture!

Expressions are kind of tricky for me so I'm glad I did okay there, and I agree with you about Rex, I drew him after I drew her which ended up restricting him :/ Something to think about in future I guess.
Her hands were hard to draw, at first they were too big and then the fingers were weird...I got there eventually though

Yeah I understand. Expression are a bit difficult for me as well. Especially when you have the head at an angle. But you pulled it off quite well!
And don't worry, Rex still looks good! It's not a big deal!
