Simon on the Seattle ferry... we were heading over to a trade show. Wish I could have gotten the Needle in it, but hey, I used to work in the building behind his ear.

What sort of trade show in Seattle, if you don't mind me asking? I'd get all excited if I was walking around downtown and saw him, "omg, it's the handsome corgi from the internets!

Oh, I don't mind at all! 
It was actually the trade show out at Central Pet, a distributor for pet supplies. I got to go and try to get some discounts, he got to sit on the floor and get toys and cookies from strangers.
We own a pet store on Bainbridge. Now, Simon lies on the floor and wags at people and then begs for cookies from the cookie bin and belly rubs. Caleb usually just goes for the food.
We do go downtown a lot though when we can! Hit up the Pike Place market and bop around the city. I need to do some shots of him there, actually - love the photo backgrounds there!

Ooh, neat! I've thought about taking the ferry over to Bainbridge, I heard a lot of people do that and just make a little day trip of it, walking around. Are many of the other stores and places around there pet friendly? It'd be a fun trip to bring the dog along on!
There are a bunch of neat backgrounds, for sure. I'm thinking I might go over to west Seattle to get some nice city scape backgrounds.

Hmm, some of it's pet friendly, but not all of it. There's not too much downtown where they let you take dogs into the shops, being that they're mostly tourist related now. There is a lot of outdoor seating in the summer, though, for coffee, etc, and places to tie a dog. No one would bother one tied up!
