I've been watching a lot of Death Battle lately. I seriously love these things. Here we have the fight between Samus Aran from Metroid and Boba Fett from Star Wars.

Why they should fight - Both are legendary, power suit wearing space bounty hunters with an assortment of weapons and technology at their disposal who have more than earned their reputations.

Battle scenario - There's a bounty out for a certain criminal, and only one can claim it. So when both Samus and Boba arrive on the scene at the same time, only one can collect.

Predicted winner - I'm sure I'm going to get a lot of angry fans disagreeing with me on this, but I'm giving the win to Samus. I know Boba is fan-favorite character and people think he's awesome, but, to be honest, I was never one of those people. However, my opinion is not biased for the outcome of this battle. Just think about it. Yeah, it's cool that Boba's a bounty hunter, and his armor looks awesome, but if you think about it, what did he really do in the movies? Just stand around mostly, and then pretty, much went out like a b*tch. Of course, this is before he got a bigger role in the expanded universe, but even then, he never accomplished anything like Samus did. In comparison, Samus has far better and more powerful weapons, and her suit is vastly more powerful than Boba's. Even without her suit, she is an extremely skilled fighter, even more skilled than Boba, not to mention she was enhanced with Chozo DNA. When it comes down to it, Samus holds the advantage in pretty much every area. Winner, Samus.
