Description I got this...well, today, actually, at about 1 am. A good friend of mine apprenticed for a tattoo shop for awhile, and has his own machine and the like. I just felt like getting one.

It's the Japanese Kanji for Wolf. Quite appropriate I thought.

where is it on you? the pic seems a bit ambiguous, i'm guessin shoulder/upper arm, but that shaddow nder seems to me to make it look a bit liek a kneecap

It's on my right shoulder. You're right, the shadow makes it look really strange.

I googled 'Japanese for wolf' to make sure the tattooist didn't tattoo 'rettyboi' or something.

The tattooist did an awesome job.

Yeah, I thought so too. It's gonna need a bit of touching up, but other than that it's great.
