He looks different here because I used a Halo 2 model to draw this, so he doesn't look like he does in the original game. Yeh.

In honor of Halo 2, I've been trying to do a Master Chief vector, but vectoring a screenshot is insane. Not good insane. Bad insane.
Right, so, back on track. Do you see it being at all possible to perhaps make me a line art of a grunt? Or possibly an elite, they'd both be fun.
This is, of course, assuming you have free time. And assuming that you want to do this, which you might not want to.

It was very considerate of you to not 'demand' a picture like most people do, thusly, I will try my best to make time to do these! I rather like doing lineart, it's the coloring I have the problem with. -__-
If there's a time limit to how quicly these must be done, however, I think you'd be better to ask someone else. I don't have time to just turn out lineart the next day, unfortunately. Sorry. :\
If that's not an issue, onto the details. Just send me a note with the things you'd like done (so the comment full of info won't be lost in the mess that is my message box

Anyway, love the lighting and contrast here. The shading isn't bad; overall, it looks to me like you know your stuff. If there was a background, I would bow to your feet. Also, as a little tip, (if you ever end up putting a background in here) make sure you put the reflection of the surrounding area on his visor glass and on his sleek armor. Little details like that make it even more superb and realistic. Dude, + fav all the way, no way around it.

And thanks! This was one of my first digital pictures, no layering or anything. I feel like I could do much better now, but I can't spend the time to even try to tr-do it. Someday I will, though, and when I do, I'll also finish my other MC WIP.

yup halo rocks!! i got my roomie hooked on it, shes never played it till i showed her, she loves it and she thinks the grunts are cute....the elites have a bad tendancy to always be right behind her on Co-Op.

Not bad! It's a lot harder when you have a teammate, so it's actually like playing on Legendary when you're on Co-Op Heroic. They always spam more spawns and everything and up the level of enemies. At least, that's what I've observed when I play with my brother on Co-Op.
Heroic is quite an achievement; I'm just a little obsessive and played it 24/7, so I got progressively better. I suck so bad on Halo PC, though
If you defeat The Maw on Legendary, there's a little bonus movie at the end, it's so... funkay
I've always wanted to hook 2 Xbox's up and play with a whole bunch of people, I've always thought that would be so fun! We haven't got two, YET. :eviilaugh:

I was playing it last night and some guy kept killing me from the other side of the blood gultch map with his pistol, I asked him how he was doing it and he said "skill" later I went online and found out that there's an aim bot for the pistol, looks like the cheaters are ruining another great game

Aw no! That's awful! People just HAVE to cheat >| I hate it when it seems one person is after your blood, and they constantly kill YOU, and like, no one else. I also hate spawning in one place constantly, or near the same place, and so the person can just keep killing you before you evevn get your wits about you. But, sometimes one can find a really great game, with great people, and it's just so awesome

Yeah I often host some cool games, also another thing which is weird, Master Chief can withstand plasma burns, high velocity machine gun rounds, to quote from the game manuel "your MAJOLNIR armor makes your nearly invincible" but the slightest bump of a warhog kills you!

His footgear certainly has evolved since the first one. Those things look wicked... like some sort of cloven hoof. That's awesome! I'm diggin' the dual assault rifle setup, too (or whatever they decide to call those uber assault rifles in the new one). Nice job on MC's armor here (with all the shiny highlights and such). It's always nice to see more Halo fan art
