Great job! Unless one really looks for it, the seam isn't noticable. Nice veinwork and ragged ears. When you start making em for sale, drop a line. My Orc is a mashup of 2 storebought bits. A full head and neck piece would be much better than my attempts at hiding unpainted neck.

the seam can be sanded off with light dremel tool

Yeah i tried with very fine sand paper but it wasn't enough.

U can try one of those rotary polish wheel with the felt. We predator fans got seams all over our latex suits. Sometime you gotta fight fire with fire...with a light touch
