My latest latex mask.I got a few problems while casting the the mold...and it shows. You can see the line of the mold on the side picture of the mask.
Other than that, i'm pretty happy with my paintjob since it was my second try with airbrush.

Great job! Unless one really looks for it, the seam isn't noticable. Nice veinwork and ragged ears. When you start making em for sale, drop a line. My Orc is a mashup of 2 storebought bits. A full head and neck piece would be much better than my attempts at hiding unpainted neck.

the seam can be sanded off with light dremel tool

Yeah i tried with very fine sand paper but it wasn't enough.

U can try one of those rotary polish wheel with the felt. We predator fans got seams all over our latex suits. Sometime you gotta fight fire with fire...with a light touch
