Ilya , the baby Chimera. She has scales on her hands too, they're just hidden. Her snake tail doesn't talk, nor is it self-aware; it just mirrors her expression. Her wings would be capable of full flight once she gets older. Her fangs (hers and the snake's) would also develop more potent poison.

In the Naraka universe, she's a pet owned by Ira, who bought her off a pet/slave trader because she looked cute hissing and baring her fangs at him. Unlike most masters, Ira doesn't have any plans of 'sharing' Ilya with anyone--other demons or their own pets--even as a form of punishment.
