EDIT: did 's suggestion and shaded the sides darker for a 3D effect 8D now I know how to make my stuff not flat!! *shot* Also fixed those arms and reshaded lineart. Whoohoo.

I've been wanting to do this for so long ;w;/ and lookie loo~ Violette's got another color in her outfit!! *shot* The white was to match Niffler somehow since she'd never going to give up the purple.
She's never giving up the hat no matter what occasion, so a lot of feathers and fabric roses later-- bam.
I've never designed a dress before but I tried really hard with this one TwT/ I love pretty dresses!!

You must've spent a long time coloring all those layers. Nice work on all those details. I especially love her hat
I have a suggestion. When you color the ruffles, try to make sides darker especially parts that curves around her body for a 3D effect so it will look less flat. You can also do the same for the lacy part.

Violette: She lifted her skirt enough to show off her feet, after tearing her wide-eyed gaze away from Joy's bleeding eye. "... I'm wearing boots... but err... they're taller than what I usually wear..." Under the lace and fabric were dark boots in a shade of-- surprise-- violet. "I don't think glass is very comfy to dance in ;w;"

My owner and her mother made such lovely ones all the time..." The mask, at least, hid the eyebags that would have betrayed the nights she spent on the dress-- not that she regretted any time she'd spent making it.

The dress fit her perfectly, the mask making her eyes even more mysterious. ''I'd dance with you in a second. Only...I really don't have a costume and I'm not in the store yet so..'' Looking a bit sad, Zevrean sighed.

Violette: Smiling softly now, she took his hand and gave a small, graceful curtsy without looking away. "... Neither of that doesn't mean we can't have a little dance anyway, does it..?"

Zevrean: Looking back up at the girl, a smile spread across the feline's face. ''You're right...Shall we dance then, Violette?'' Bowing down, he took a hold of Violette's side gently, just abowe her hip. He knew only few steps of the normal dance used for Masquerade, Daeron had taught him a bit when they were bored. But that would be anough, would it? Starting the dance, they moved gracefully around the floor even without music.

do~!! o3o/ and as for an idea... i'm not sure about any particular them, but anything that looks like a victorian noble's outfit (decadent and colorful) would look awesome, like these [link] but with feathers! i've always thought feathers were always a nice touch =w= for zev... an outfit in mostly black would make everything else about him stand out too owob

yup~! the blue and white hints would blend with his natural features, and the red and gold would accent them nicely, methings owob a mostly black outfit would be good because it evens all the other otherwise overwhelming colors out~ plus i'm personally biased towards black. it's a smexy color. but that's just me.
