These beings are quite literally a frozen treat. Many are cold to the touch and give off a slight chill around their bodies as they embody the qualities of ice. These beings live in the Cryo Nation, the capital being Liyah. The beings from this city seem to enjoy Liyah's famous Golden Goose dish as a special staple.
The beings from Liyah prosper most in the colder weather, during fall and winter; however they aren't shy of a balmy day at the beach either, they just might not be as active and attentive. These humanoids work closely with ice magicks and are able to use ice as a way to create illusions and project visions onto the sheets of ice. They are wonderful with illusion magick and are second to none when it comes to creating a colorful array of wondrous magick to gaze at. These humanoid beings also have a special ability called Frozen Heart which helps to close off the emotions of themselves and those around them. They are able to use this ability to help lessen the impact of strong emotions that might otherwise overwhelm them or others.
