It depends on whether you want to own the character or just draw it, and how similar the human version is to the original design. If you’d like to create a design/character based off of this that’s super duper similar I’d prefer you to pay me djdjjdja sorry but if they look somewhat different design wise then it’s fine you don’t even have to credit me
