Watercolour and gouache on paper; The Fairy Tree is the doorway to Lon'Aite, or the Lovely Place. This is the basis for the cover art for Lon'Aite which is out now on Kindle. I did the artwork very "loose" and rough at the edges as having rigid lines and borders just felt rather wrong to me. Watercolour really has a very dreamy quality to it already and I think suits the subject.
