no my friend, it didnt get an oscar because
-the plot made no sense and had more plot holes than a twilight movie
-the characters were idiots
-sonic was a selfish a-hole
but most of all...
- it was an animated film and unless your film's title is beauty and the beast, no oscar for you

Yeah... I love that movie, but there was some really bad stuff they had to take out because it was considered "offensives to American viewers." Now, though, people would find it normal. XD
