Sorry it's so wordy, I thought it would be interesting to do a ref sheet like it were some kind of medical record. I was originally going to try this with Danny but thought the toy pakcaging style was an even better idea. Reused this for Cygnus though!

Cygnus's backstory
Once known as Pierre, Cygnus was Jevil's apprentice in the Dark World and the second joker in the pack. He didn't realise Jevil was loosing his mind, instead taking in these new lessons about chaos. This all changed when Jevil was locked up and Cygnus had nowhere to go. He ran off into the forest where he lived for many years, developing a habit of eating sharp objects.
One night however, while Pierre was sleeping, one of the scientists was demonstrating how to use the portal he made. His name was 'Dr' Spritze Sawbones, and he wasn't a real doctor at all. Sawbones kidnapped Pierre and took him back to the lab. He was no longer Pierre, the apprentice joker, but now Cygnus, experiment no. 666 (lol because he's a devil lol).
Poor Cygnus had many cruel things done to him. The end of his tail was replaced with a syringe full of venom, a zip was put on his belly to stop him eating the equipment in the lab (understandable actually), he was handcuffed, attempted to be brainwashed, forcefed through a tube that made it very hard to breathe, made to sleep nude (something that made him very uncomfortable), forced to fight and kill a failed experiment (resulting in the bite mark on his ear and broken horn), and arguably worst of all had his brain literally mashed up because Dr Sawbones is definitely lacking in neurosurgical knowledge as well as common sense.
This was all in an attempt to get him to obey orders, something he didn't do simply because he likes to be contrary.
Due to all the abuse and never being taught properly (it goes without saying that Jevil is a pretty lousy teacher), Cygnus acts like a young child. In actuality, he is 23 years old.

Assorted facts
- The venom in his tail causes the blood to thin at an extraordinary rate, causing the victim to expel all their blood from the single puncture wound in a very short time (the exact time varies depending on the victim and the amount of venom injected). It takes a while for him to refill his venom however (about a day to refill the whole syringe)
- His head can spring off
- Like a cat or dog, he can show expression with his ears (they fold back when sad or angry)
- He is named after the constellation Cygnus and the black hole in it, Cygnus-X1
- He's experiment no. 666 because lol he's a devil
- If you "scratch n sniff" him he smells of bubblegum, candyfloss, and disinfectant from the lab
- He has fuzzy fur on his body but none on his head or tail. The amount of fur on his limbs decreases as they go down and he has no fur on his forearms or below the knees
- He jumps in the same manner as a kangaroo
- He's deceivingly strong, despite his appearance
- Before it was cut off, his tail was shaped like Jevil's. A 'J' for 'joker'!
- Like Jevil, his voice has distortions
- He speaks in all caps
