Tis the hide-ness!
I actually drew this for my mother, believe it or not she really likes hide. Which I'm just fine with... I think she likes his awesome hair but I dun really know..... ^^ Only my second attempt at a portrait in color and I think I did alright. 
I was all excited for a while becuase I thought I was getting better at doing pictures in color... but then I tried to draw Toshiya
eh he, yeah...lets just say I might not post it.. -_- oh well..... Anyhoo! Enjoy! xD

This was done in a mix of pencil and colored pencils.

Well I dunno, I think our's are very different. You went into a lot more detail in his skin and mouth and I went for more of a solid color look. I like your's personally. I think it is a good representation of individual style. ^_^
