Since they're robots, they would end up becoming a golem/succubus kind of mamono.
The mamono's intense libido would end up overriding their programming, causing one to attempt mating uncommanded. The end result is that she will end up depending on male mana in order to maintain their power supply. For mating? somewhat like the Sahuagin entry.
