Yes, they're my favorite characters too, next to Rocko, Mr. Dupette, Mr. Noway, and Mr. Bighead. It's always fun when they're around.
I never thought I'd meet a person who's a fan of the Chameleon Bros. They're rarely acknowledged in social media or in fanart/fanfiction. I've been obsessed with them ever since I was 13-14 years old, and I've never met a person who's heard of them. I think you might be the only one I know who's heard of them.Β
Speaking of which, I also made a fan character who I named Gemina. It's been nearly two years now and she's still one of my favorite characters to draw (next to Orbit and Heath of course <3) She's around 7-8 years old, but I usually draw her as an infant. A few people complained about her eyes, like she had no pupils. I think one person thought she was an alien because of her eyes. I'm not sure whether to include pupils or just leave it the way it is. :/
She looks like this (I drew that last summer):Β

The 7-year-old one is in my gallery. You can search for it anytime you wantΒ Β

The Chameleon Brothers are some of the more lesser known characters in the Rocko despite their semi-frequent appearances. Their personalities and how they mesh so well with the Rocko universe are what make me consider them just as good as many of the main characters. Then again, I'm also biased in favor of character designs like theirs. Some other favorite characters like Yoshi (Super Mario) and Dinko (Pet Alien) have relatively similar designs to that of the Chameleons. Heck, I consider them to be basically the Yoshies of the Rocko series. Knowing you have a series that fits this exact idea, that's pretty cool. You're very welcome.

I apologize for replying to you, but I'm just excited.Β
Yes, I have a series that fits this idea, it's basically Rocko's Modern Life from The Chameleon Brothers' point-of-view. Think of Yoshi's Island meeting Courage The Cowardly Dog meeting Rocko's Modern Life meeting Storks meeting Regular Show (The earlier seasons). The synopsis of the series is that the Chameleon Brothers go on zany misadventures while juggling the stress of their businesses and their daughter Gemina's needs. Characters like Rocko, Heffer, and Filburt play minor roles, though they still appear every now and then.Β
Gemina's origin story began when a hapless stork named Gabriel was trying to deliver her to a European family who lived in Poland. Not paying attention to his surroundings, he crashed into a huge airplane. The sack Gemina was in flew out of his beak and fell many feet in the sky before landing safely on Chuck's back. The two tried to find her new parents, but nobody wanted her. So they decided to raise her as their own.Β
My version of Rocko's Modern Life is that humans do exist, except just someplace where you can't see them. There's even a "No Humans Allowed" policy in O-Town. If you get caught with a human, you immediately get arrested by the police and you have to spend a long time in federal prison. If you aren't from O-Town, this means automatic deportation back to your home country.Β
Oh, I just love talking to people like you... You and I both love Rocko and Space Goofs <3
