In 2011, it was celebrated the birthday of Nirvana´s very famous album, Nevermind. Spencer Elder, the former "Nirvana baby", who had turned into an atractive 17 old teen, agreed into re-create the famous picture taken when he was just a few months old ([link] )

That was the inspiration for this fan art. I think that Kevin fits much better than Bart or Homer Simpson, because of his love for money. However, to catch such a big fish, you need much more than one single dollar.

In case of someone´s wondering how I did the water surface: Elipsis tool, Filter/Distort/Zig-Zag, then erase a bit of the border with a Layer Mask and apply Plastic Wrap. Adjust Color Balance to Blue, Green and Cyan, so it won´t get too grayish.
